3.2 We set out in more detail the information we collect when you use our Services, why we collect and process it and the legal bases below.
4 Information Collected

5.2 Your personal information may also be processed if it is required by a law enforcement or regulatory authority, body or agency or in the defense or exercise of legal claims (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR). We will not delete personal information if it is relevant to an investigation or a dispute. It will continue to be stored until those issues are fully resolved and/or during the term that is required and/or permissible under applicable/relevant law.
5.3 We also process your personal data for contractual reasons (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), such as to administer your account registration and competition entries (e.g. Magenta eThrophy) or when you order articles in our webstore. We process the personal data you provide us with in the course of a competition exclusively for the purpose of organizing the respective competition and to determine and contact the winners. You will also find detailed information in our conditions of participation for each competition.
5.4 We would also like to use your e-mail address to inform you in future about similar offers from us that might be of interest to you in the future. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If you do not want to get advertisement, you may object this processing of your data at any time. Please use the e-mail address mentioned below to let us know that you would no longer like to be contacted. This will not incur more than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.
5.5 Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.
6 Data sharing
6.1 We may share your personal information with companies, organizations and individuals inside and outside of the SK Gaming GmbH & Co. KG where one of the following circumstances applies:
• to selected payment service provider in order to process your payment when you order articles in our webstore;

7 International Transfers
7.1 We may transfer and maintain on our servers or databases some of your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
7.2 The countries to which we transfer your data may not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. We take reasonable cyber security measures and/or put in place the Standard Contractual Clauses (e.g. Model Clauses, Data Processing Agreement/Addendum) to ensure your data is adequately protected.
8 Data Storage
If data is processed as part of a request to us, the data is stored in accordance with the statutory storage and retention obligations and then will be deleted. With regard to advertising (inventory) customer contact, your data will be stored at most until you object to its use. Data that we collect in the course of a competition will be deleted after the competition has been completed.
9 Google Analytics

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will usually be transmitted to and stored by Google on a server in the United States. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to Google servers in the United States and then shortened. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your utilization of the website, to prepare reports about the activities on the website and to provide additional services to the operator of the website related to the utilization of the website and the use of the Internet.
9.2 You may refuse the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do so you may not be able to use the full functionality of the website.
