Following last year's successful tournaments, League of Legends will once again be featured at DreamHack Summer 2013. The format will be pretty much the same - 8 teams, 4 of which will qualify through a Bring Your Own Computer qualifier on the spot at DreamHack. The 8 participating squads will be fighting for $30 000 in 2 groups from which the top 2 advance in the single elimination, Best of 3 playoffs. All of the action will be broadcasted live in free HD. The big difference this time is that there will be a dedicated stage for the tournament.

The registration for the online qualifiers has already started and is open till 26 May. There will be two qualifiers in a single elimination, Best of 1 format - one for EU West and one for EU Nordic and East, and the top 2 from each will advance to the main tournament. The registration for the BYOC qualifier, which will follow the same format, is also open.
