Fans will be shocked and even the community will be a bit surprised as Ilyes 'Stephano' Satouri will forfeit his spot in Code S and not take part in the tournament. Though Stephano managed to fight through the Up&Down matches, he will still leave Korea to go back to France, train there and focus on foreign events. Leaving Korea will also mean no further matches for him in the Korean Proleague.

The training schedules in Korea are quite strict and there is not much room to train whenever you want. Stephano is known to have his very own schedule for training and because of that it seems only reasonable that the strict schedules might have been a problem for him.

The source elaborates that the French Zerg player will go back to France to rest and train again. This will be quite a blow for the EG-TL lineup as Stephano managed to take six wins and only five losses. He was the best player for the joined forces, but the new additions to the EG roster might help.

So far there are no statements of Evil Geniuses or Stephano himself. GomTV just released the upcoming Code S schedule and therefore announced a replacement for the foreigner Stephano already.
