The game started off with a jungle invade by CLG, however they weren't picking up any objectives and backed out after placing a ward in the Wraiths' spawn area. SK on the other hand quickly sneaked up on the Wraiths of CLG's side, placed a ward and smited the biggest the objectives before getting out and returning to their lanes.
Around 2.46 the teams got into contact for the first time. Alistar continuously being present in SK's jungle, zoning Malphite to keep him from picking up any of the minions and eventually even stealing red buff from him. Even after taking away all of the camps Alistar didn't stop harassing him in the jungle. Desperately trying to escape, Malphite got caught between Alistar and Anivia, who also joined the fight. Both players managed to bring him down and first blood was drawn by CLG. Morgana managed to pick up a kill on Alistar, making the score 1-1.
19 into the game, SK invaded CLG's jungle and headed right to baron. They manage to take the popular buff uncontested. CLG tried to push mid but SK made great use out of there buff, attacked them and took down Leona, followed by picking up the second dragon of the game. Once the objective had been picked up, Kog Maw headed to botlane to destroy the tower.
Right after gathering toplane to dive Shen and take the second tower, SK started to group up in the baron area. This time CLG had good ward coverage which led to a fight. All possible ultimates were shot all across the battle, and in the end the fight went in favor of CLG who managed to pick up 2 kills while not losing any member on their own side. Around 28.30 another fight broke out in the exact same area. This time Morgana got caught but managed to counter initiate by using Hourglass while all the enemy's attacks were blown onto her. This way the rest of the team could focus them down and the fight ended 3-1 in favor of SK.
41.21 minutes into the game SK picked up another baron and rushed right back to CLG's base, managing to take down the Inhibitor Turret and the Inhibitor itself. Shortly after that, SK initiated a fight and took down 4 of CLG's players while not having any loss on their own side. They used this advantage and attacked to the Nexus turrets, ready to destroy them, when the surrender of CLG went in.

The game was opened by CLG performing a delayed invade to steal SK's blue. Right after that they decided to switch top and bot lanes, switch making Shen face Kog Maw and Soraka. Their tactic started to succeed pretty early when Kog Maw draws first blood on Irelia.
After a miscalculated towerdive by SK granted CLG another two kills and the pick up of dragon right after, the favor was on their side. When SK noticed that pushing towers could be the right response to decrease their enemy's advantage, Alistar picked up a kill on Corki. Several fights followed up but the core battle was fought around the 30 minute mark. CLG pushed midlane hard and SK initiated to make them back off. Even though quite some amounts of damage are dealt, nobody dies. Corki decides to follow CLG after the destroyed the tower but gets cut off his team by a nicely placed wall of Anivia. Ahri was taken down right after and CLG got back to pushing, taking down SK's Inhibitor.
When SK successfully caught and finished off Shen mid, they headed straight to Baron. Ahri kept her team safe and killed Kog Maw while Alistar and Anivia tried to delay or steal Baro from SK. After SK killed both of them and picked up the buff they were back in the game.
Around 45.25 minutes SK wanted to repeat the tactic and tried pick up Baron once again, knowing that the buff is giving them an advantage. The timing of the call wasn't the best, cause CLG were around and finished off Maoki and Irelia pretty quickly. SK had to back out of the situation, chased by CLG who rushed into their base and destroyed their Inhibitor once again. After that the team headed back to Baron, SK not being close enough to keep them from picking it up.
Geared up with a bunch of fancy items and the baron buff, CLG started to poke down SK's top tower. Ahri's tries of defense were in vain and she died, which caused and 5v4 advantage for CLG. They made their way into the base of the enemy ready to focus down the Nexus turrets and the Nexus itself. SK were aware that it's all or nothing now and initiated on CLG. They couldn't really keep up with the damage output of their competitors and lost another 3 teammates. Corki left the battle as the last man standing while CLG broke down the Nexus and won the game after a total playtime of 51.47 minutes.

The final game of the best of three started off with a jungle invade by SK who nearly managed to catch Shen at red buff, but he flashed out. Both teams returned to their lanes, SK dropping off a ward at CLG's Wraiths. After this first hint of an action, the game went on pretty calmly.
First blood was drawn 10.29 minutes in game, while Udyr and Maokai tried to kill Malphite. When Shen casted his ultimate and joined the battle to save Maokai, first blood was only one well placed taunt away. Shen successfully executed the spell, and Malphite ended up scoring the first kill of the game.
CLG was about to take down dragon around 15.43, but SK decided to not let them get away that easily and engaged. Sadly, Maokai and Ahri got taken down pretty quickly cause CLG succeeded at cutting them out off the fight and targeting them down solo. In the end, SK's engage turned out to be unlucky, giving a 4-1 exchange and the take down of dragon to CLG.
Baron was picked up by CLG at the 26 minute mark. Right after gaining the powerful buff, CLG headed to SK's base and destroyed their Inhibitor only 1.40 minutes later. The final battle occured when the teams bumped into each other in the jungle. Ahri bravely initiated, followed by her teammates. The well-farmed Corki who was more than eager to fight highly appreciated the opportunity and picked up a double kill. SK tried to back out of the situation to avoid the worst, but CLG rushed into their base without mercy, ready to take down the two Nexus towers and the Nexus itself. Their opponents noticed that they will probably not be able have the slightest chance of making a comeback when being 16k gold behind and surrendered.
