There were already signs prior the tournament that we might see a French domination at the ECL Blackpool 2011 event due mythiX eSport and Reakless winning several online tournaments aswell there local lans and Reflex GT January 2011.

So it wasn't a huge surprise to see the mix of both teams coming out on top in the end of the tournament. Without any real problems they managed to come into the Grand Final after beating Fnatic 3:2 aswell as Power Gaming 3:1 on their way. In the end it was Royalty Gaming who managed to face the French in the grandfinal. But it was the day of mX.Reakless and again dominated a match, this time the finals with a 3:1 win over their opponents.
Unfortunately, we saw a lot of banter and hate during the Grand Final but as usual thats part of the lan experience, still we saw a sick end of the finals and the Frenchies winning the ECL 4v4 BlackOps competition aswell as ~$4200 cash.
