Five months ago ESL turned up the heat when they announced the popular RTS game from Blizzard would be discontinued from the third season of prestigious Extreme Masters series.
On top of that, they added tournaments of an undisclosed 1on1 RTS game for this month's Extreme Masters Global Challenge Seoul and Extreme Masters Continental Finals Asia in Chengdu next January.
The reigning champion of Extreme Masters, Lyn, will be defending his title on home soil between the 13th and 16th of November at the GStar Convention, Korean International Exhibition Center in Seoul, South Korea, in the $10,000 tournament. He will face the challenge from this year's WCG gold and silver medalists Manuel 'Grubby' Schenkhuizen and Jae Ho 'Moon' Jang and his Chinese rival Xiaofeng 'Sky' Li.
