Ahead of the 2021 LEC season, SK Gaming would like to announce our complete roster which will compete in the highest level of European League of Legends next year, pending Riot Games' approval.
At the end of September we already revealed that we have signed a 2-year contract extension with top laner Janik "Jenax" Bartels. Joining our franchise player are four newcomers to the LEC who have already displayed their in-game prowess and winning mentality in various regional leagues in Europe and North America, namely jungler TynX, winner of EU Masters 2020 Spring; mid laner Blue, winner of TCL 2020 Winter; AD carry Jezu, winner of the LFL 2020 Finals; and support Treatz, coming from LCS 2020 Summer champions TSM.
The team will be rounded out by the coaching staff in the faces of Head Coach Jesse "Jesiz" Le and Assistant Coach Thomas Diakun, who's being promoted from his previous role of team analyst.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the team members who were part of our LEC squad throughout the 2020 season for their dedication and hard work, and we wish them continued success in the future.
SK's League of Legends General Manager Joe "InnerFlame" Elouassi commented on our off-season: "This has been a very active off-season for us since we had to almost entirely rebuild our roster. I would like to thank the players and staff who were a part of the team in the Summer split and I wish them the best in their future endeavours.
I am very satisfied with the up and coming rookie players that we managed to secure. Over the course of the next couple splits, I am aiming to close the gap between us and the top teams and improve on narrowly missing out on a spot at the World Championship by qualifying. This is going to be a very exciting team to watch with very adaptable, fundamentally strong and gifted players. I am very excited for the future and hope to bring SK back to where they belong at the top."
Please extend a warm welcome into the SK Family to our new signings and get ready to support them during their LEC debut in early 2021!
