As ESL One Cologne 2018 comes ever closer, we want to remember our triumph from last year when we took home the trophy for a second year in a row.


It was the third championship that FalleN, coldzera, fer, TACO and felps won during the summer of 2017. While our run through the group stage took us to the edge of our seats as we had to secure our spot in the playoffs at the last possible opportunity, once we entered the bracket the Brazilian magic was on full display. A 2-1 victory over OpTic Gaming and a 2-0 against FaZe, and we were once again in the finals.

On the last day of the competition we faced Cloud9 in the Best of Five final. With each game they were giving us a harder run for our money, but in the end we prevailed in all three maps and took the clean sweep and the trophy, adding another moment to the countless times we’ve made esports history in the city of Cologne.
