The majority of our CS:GO team will head home to compete for ESL One: Belo Horizonte 2018 in their home country of Brazil. Except for
Jake 'Stewie2k' Yip everyone of the squad has a Brazilian heritage and will enjoy the home field advantage at the event. After the victory at Moche XL Esports they will be eager to win another trophy in front of their home fans inside of Belo Horizonte’s Mineirinho Arena.
Eight teams have been split into two double elimination groups and will compete for the $200,000 prize pool. All matches except for the best of five grand-final are going to be best of threes and only the two best rosters of each group will make it into the semi-finals of the event.
Recent success and two title wins have boosted the confidence of our men. However, they will not have an easy task in their group. Group A consists of
FaZe , who play with
Jorgen 'cromen' Robertsen as a stand-in for
Olof 'olofmeister' Kajbjer, the up and coming Turks of
Space Soldiers and
Ghost who recently acquired a trio of former
Torqued players and therefore took the organisations spot in the competition. Down below you can find the complete setup of the groups.
