4Kings were focusing more on the British market with their current Counter-Strike 1.6 team but they now recruited a Finnish division. Joona 'natu' Leppänen now returns to his old home in 4Kings where he used to play a few years ago with his new team.
“This additional Counter-Strike team will now earn 4Kings a foothold in the 1.6 scene which we haven't had for a while now through our focus on the UK market.", says Ian "Javax" Leckey, Manager of 4Kings. "Whilst we'll continue to work with the homegrown scene by keeping our UK team, the guys from Finland are a welcomed addition to the organisation.", he continues.
The first event to attend will be the WCG Finland this coming weekend. The chemistry is good and the motivation high with the new organisation in their back.
Joona 'natu' Leppänen also said the following about their join, “After things with our previous organisation didn't work out - we had an evaluation in the team of what things were going to look like in the future. We came to the conclusion of striving to be better and to be a team that people would respect. It didn't take long untill we initiated talks with Four Kings and came into terms that both sides agreed upon. We're all very glad to be part of the 4K family and are looking forward to a bright and succesful partnership! I'm personally of course very glad to yet again wear the shirt that once brought me great moments and memories. Upon this statement we'd also like to thank Konsta "kookas" Kaisla for his services in June and would like to welcome Tomi "toomi" Lundahn to the roster. We feel we've now got a great mixture of experience, talent, skill and friendship which are keypoints in road to success!”
