I arrived in Moscow early in the morning on the ninth of May, the Victory Day for Russians. It's time to win, I said to myself, and entered the overcrowded subway in my struggle to get to the other end of the city, where I stayed with Gravitas.wc3 players during all the time of my trip.
In the afternoon I met with my old friend Vasilisa "Ayumi" Glukhova, who did many photos for you all at the Global Finals. But on Friday, ninth of May, we were just glad to see each other once again.
We went to the hotel to pick up Carmac and whoever wanted to go with us on sightseeing.

We picked up TheSlaSh, Carmac, Merusame, Pigvomit, Robban, Walle and ToD and went to a traditional Russian cafe called "Elki-Palki". The halls were stuffed with people, so we had some troubles with getting a table. Finally we found one and ToD immediately asked me to find him some really good Russian food. We looked around the menu and saw a dish called "borsch"
ToD & Carmac: "Wtf?! What are you going to give me to eat?"
ToD: "I was surprised by the color of it, but the taste was really good, I'll definitely have it again if I find a Russian restaurant somewhere!"

Carmac wanted to order "borsch" too, so we did order them two portions of that mysterious soup. The others found some pancakes in the menu so we ordered pancakes with salmon, mushrooms and meat. Alex (TheSlaSh) and Pigvomit wanted to taste Russian beer, so we ordered some as well.
I knew what to eat since it was my fifth time in Moscow.

After that we had some time to walk directly to the Red Square since all guys (especially Carmac) wanted to see it. Though many people were walking around the city and it was rather dangerous to be in the crowd, we took the road to the Red Square. Just as we thought, the area was really overcrowded and some parts of it were closed. Nevertheless, we waved around it, even managing to make a video.
After that I helped them to enter the subway and told the right direction. We all were somewhat tired and excited - KODE5 slowly occupied our minds. Well, at least mine for sure.
Stay tuned for the second part in which Greedz0r reveals how fun it is to search for a disco in Moscow during the night and also why mTw.Pato's career ending was a huge alcohol success.

I am still striving to prove that it doesn't matter which country a man is from to be good.
I am still believing that it's all about skills and respect.
Wish me luck ;)
