SK Gaming's Michal "Carmac" Blicharz sits down with director Mike Pasley to talk about his latest film called "Frag," a documentary about professional gaming.
The movie premiered on April 1 in Dallas at the 2008 AFI Film Festival and received much praise from those who saw the screening. It originated as a documentary about the CPL and had a 180 turn along the way to tell the story of a three different gamers who face forces that work against them in the industry. That includes the CPL.
What was the film about, how it evolved into what it is today, why corporations look like the villains in the film and how can there be an esports documentary without Counter-Strike or Korea? Those questions, and more, are answered in the interview.
A late comment but still. For a person who isn't directly involved in professional gaming and who isn't involved in the industry it self by the least, as a director, he did a great job. I'd like to thank this man for what he did and what he showed the viewers of the film.
nice i-view
Nice interview as always.
