I dont agree in 2nd situation with you. I think that for terrosirst, specially for de_tuscan is better play 4on4, but true is that if neo is out so its little bit harder. And if I saw good, Neo chacked plant but he didnt checked the upper floor - House. So if u have chacked a part of plant u MUST think that opponent is round the corner. If u are IN B plant like SECRET AGENT u r in unfavorable situation - AWP at long, M4 in upper floor - So If he said to his playmates his position and if he said his playmates that they should go to plant and he give a FREE KILL ... IT was smart action by neo for T side on De_tuscan.
