I find it interesting to watch FPS videos from games you have never had any experience in, its quite confusing to see whats going on other than the obvious stuff. I couldn't even imagine what WoW must be like to people who have never played it!
It's the pinnacle of team based fps in my honest opinion. Counter Strike is simple in comparison to this (or Return to Castle Wolfenstein, which the game is based on).
5 classes (each has its own function, weapons and uses)
Objective/stopwatch gameplay (You've a map, defending and attacking like normal, but instead of playing it x times, like rounds in CS or CoD, you've objectives which have to be completed [you respawn every 20-35s depending on the map, this ensures balance])
For example, on the first map you see (Supply Depot), the allies spawn in a hut and can choose multiple paths to get an objective done. They've to blow the gate to secure the flag, but only the engineer class can plant/disarm dynamite. Each map has different styles of play and tactics, but the medics and engineers are the basis for every map.
This game has everything, though it's probably too hard to appreciate for the average CS type. Everything can be appreciated and explained, with time! :P
