I think it was Mouz that tried to do it at CPL years back, and pubmasters did it in their movie. Its cool when it works in a real professional match but its nothing new.

Interesting. It's forbidden at some tournaments like eswc. I remember former defuse kids leaving server (when we did that defuse, asking who are defuse kids now), saying something like "we are defuse kids, we train for eswc, not for some czech championsshit 2007". Funny.
