Yellow Armor = 50 points of armor
Red Armor = 100 points of armor

armor absorbs damage that would otherwise be dealt directly to your health points.

there are alot of special stuff in quake
like regeneration
quad damage - prolly everyones favorite (x4 damage)
invisibility and so on

absolutely, but not in a 1on1 ;)

yea , but in 1 on 1 duels its usually just for skill
such as ctf and so on is with those abilities
personally I dont like 1on1 much since I dont really find any enemies wich would be fun to play with at 1on1
so mass slaughter is better for me
haste + quad damage in ctf = best imo
