If you dont got with fraps 90fps when u r recording, stop useing that. Use Counter-Strike own recording system on console example: startmovie hQjer_kickin_some_ass 120
startmovie = command to start capturing shots
hQjer_ki... = shots name (going to steam/steamapps/your_account_name/counter-strike/cstrike)
120 = takeing 120shots/sec
And then u have convert tga to .avi (virtual dub is good on that)
You gonna get rly smooth moves =)
