Slo-mo is over used, I like fragmovies better where there's no slow-mo, or atleast not THIS MUCH slow-mo.
And you can remove the text ingame, using the command hud_saytext 0, and you can also remove the scoreboards using coL demoplayer. Google it. I also suspect that you've used 640x480, which rox while gaming, but not so good for a movie, use something like 1024x768, even 800x600 can work tho.
It was a nice movie but it has bits that could be improved, gl making your next movie :)

EDIT: Fast forward while they defuse, so that it looks like they defused the bomb within like 3 seconds, that could accelerate the movies speed.
