Not exactly a movie, more of a clip, but I see your point - low qual/fps. I can promise that won't happen again as I finally found a way to at least keep the fps high. I'm sorry.
Anyways I'm just pointing out some actions here, I'm sure some decent moviemakers will do the real job.
