This security cam footage is from Club Barracuda in Kemerovo. Apparently, the bar security team is comprised of members of a neo-nazi group in the city and have connections with the local militia and police. Charges were laid earlier this year against some of the staff of the niteclub from previous assaults/incidents, but, surprise surprise, the charges were dropped.
