lol :P not a macro, i just expose right when I blind before the character starts to walk around like theyre disoriented. theres like 1 sec before they start to walk around.

go to this picture http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/4351/butteryisbad.jpg and zoom in on it , you can see all my key binds. in stealth sap is e, but almost all my openers (cheap shot garrote ambush) are on the secondary bars and are visible out of stealth because i can vanish and cheap shot right away without waiting for the game to bring up my stealth bar.
