0 ESL Major Series Winter 2012 DotA

The popular WarCraft III mod 'Defense of the Ancients' is one of the games featured in the first ESL Major Series season. With a prize purse of 1.500 EUR and several world class team among the sixteen that made it through the qualifiers, the expectations were high; unfortunately the massive dropouts in the group phase as well as the excessive delay between playoff matches made the tournament much less thrilling than it could have been.
