TOURNAMENT
The second Warcraft III season of the Professional Gaming League (PGL) will take place from January 20 to January 27 in Beijing, China. Ten world famous invitees and six Chinese that qualified the hard way will gather to fight for a total prize purse of €13,000.
The tournament system of the first season was very entertaining and exciting for the audience, but it was a huge challenge to players' physical strength as they had to go through many intensive games each day. This year, the system was adjusted to put less strain on the participants.
Tournament System:
1. Twelve players will be randomly drawn into four groups while four Chinese invitees: Sky, xiaOt, TH000 and Fly100% will go to different groups as top seeds.
2. The group stage will use best of three format and double elimination system.
3. The winner of upper bracket in group stage advances to the actual quarter-finals while the loser of upper bracket and winner of lower bracket go to the revival playoff.
4. Revival playoff decides which four players out of eight will advance to the actual quarter-finals.
5. Both revival playoff and the actual quarter-finals will be double elimination.
6. All matches will use the best of three format.

i never said anything about infi>luci, but i guess you are talking about the luci-sweet isue and why luci didnt use orc in the games
your logic is luci > infi and fov > tod (always ofc only the recent bo3, because your rankings always only last for one tour (except moon #1 ofc, which is too be honest understandable)) so luci > tod, because infi >>>>>>>> tod in hu vs ud (dont know how you want to proove this) and because luci >>> fov which is sure due to the fact that he won him in awl groupstage
ofc luci CAN beat tod the next time they meet, but he doesnt neccesarily have to, and thats what always has to be the answer to one of your shitpost because you just cant stay realistic, for you every win of one of your fav player is "expected" and every win, as close as it could have been was a "rape".
All he does is ruining the image of MYM and good sportsmanship.
gg!
ToD's latest matches:
vs Sweet 0-2
vs SoJu 2-0
vs DowaQ 2-1
vs Rob 2-0
vs xiaOt 2-1
vs Moon 2-1
vs TH000 2-0
vs Like 2-0
vs xiaOt 1-1
vs JingZe 2-0
only seems like his ud-mu sucks atm, he did well vs other races.
/stewie
he even lost a map to DowaQ on EM.
Anyway, its not over for him, as he can still advance from the lower bracket.
But I always lol at Cang. Reminds me of the Simpsons aliens.
Cheebah, Orc rapes elf lately, no-names like Xiaot and Focus pulling wins vs the elf elite. *waiting for hypnose*
go http://www.youku.com , search PGL 2008 , PGL hosts its official channel on youku, and videos are released on daily basis.
youku is like youtube but it's chinese..so you may need to wait a while for it to buffer
I'm just glad this didnt happen to Grubby or we would be hearing a million posts from Sentiment / MLW about how he is useless.
I guess it goes to show that their really is very little difference between any top ORC currently.
