hmmz good question actually, haven't tried it out but my best bet would be no. If it would, I think it should refresh the dagger cooldown as well and if I wasn't mistaken it didn't refresh that one.

With the new version I prefer to have shiva & guinsoo as more agressive escape items, combined they do the trick too :D
