Started cs since 1.5 , never been playing on a professional level though. it's fun that way :)

Resolution: 640x480@ 75hz
Crosshair: Green, Blue, White,LtBlue ( I change v.often and according the map since I am color blind hehe )
Sensitivity: 2.9, 6/11 OS, 400dpi 500hz.
zoom sens: 1
Enhance Pointer Precision: Off, and noforcem cmds


Config is default except all the regular stuff like rates and such.
+Speed: Shift
+duck: Space
+jump: mwheeldown
Push2Talk: Mouse3 ( hate it though )
