Quotes

"Nothing sorts out memories from ordinary moments. Later on they do claim remembrance when they show their scars."
- from Chris Marker's "La Jetée"

"Consequently, anyone should be able to declare under oath: I have only one language and it is no mine; my "own" language is, for me, a language that cannot be assimilated. My language, the only one I hear myself speak and agree to speak, is the language of the other."
- Jacques Derrida

Sure, I know a couple of people... also know one girl who is goin to really ALL the Korean events and takes some kick ass photos. But I might sound, hmm, a bit greedy... but we need some really good concept to make that big you know :)

True... I think Intel actually thinks the same. They put a lot of money in last year's ESL events it seemed and so the ESL was able to send one girl just for photographs to all the events, any eSports page was permitted to use those photos. A good thing :)
Oh yeah, not more then 3 letters I think otherwise not even I can remeber it :D

I like it, it could be something really good. But I think it only would work with partners that are willing to put some cash in that in order to make it possible to get equipment. Then companies like the ESL should book photographers for events, though who pays the costs then? That question rises as we come back to the main issue: eSports has no money :(

I like the name of it, though the abbreviation is soooo long :D

True, I totally believe the same here! Though I think there always have been too many weak ones and only a very few strong ones. But let's see what time will bring. I will check for sure about Streetfigher :)

Ye, been to Cali like 4-5 times I think, I loved Newport Beach too, though kinda expensive there haha

Well, I ain't seeing the G7 taking any effect on the eSports scene or industry lately. Their idea with the player contracts was great, but after that, well... My opinion is that overall there is just not enough money within in the industry which makes it hard also for the G7 to really act great. And I thought it would be the same with so many other things. Everyone trys to survive and everyone focuses mostly on their own profits. I never understood why teams, leagues, etc etc didn't want to work more close together. Where is the sense in having one or two huge organizations when there ain't no competition for them... an industry doesn't work with competition I guess... well ye...

You know I worked more then 1 year fulltime with eSports, it was some awesome time, I regret nothing, but it is so much work with not enough payment somehow...

Sounds call, and oohhh, stop talking about CA please, makes me so much wanna go back there and escape the nasty Danish weather ;)

True about the association, but ain't it a general issue in eSports that there is no real organization? I feel eSports faces so hard times right now and I often feel bored about it lately. Prolly that is also cause I am not open enough to turn my interest to other games except the ones that I followed and liked 'forever'
