He has been part of every aspect eSports currently has to offer. Starting with founding and managing a small team he moved up to managing online tournaments and local lan parties. Participating in prestigious tournaments himself he knew he could do better thus moving on to becoming tournament director of one of the most renowned tournaments in Europe. To complete the eSports circle he then participated in the world of eSports coverage and entertainment. Eventually going back to his roots managing a top team and settling full time with Turtle-Entertainment, the company it all began with several years ago.

Tournament director meaning I have to generate the tournament structure, create , maintain and uphold the rules and assure the tournament integrity at all times and make sure everyone is having a good time to ensure the future of e-sports.
Also kicking lazy techies their asses are considered part of the job and just adds a little excitement to the human recources aspect the job :)
