Dont try to stop CS just realize if its not good to play at one moment that you can easily stop and do something else like going out with the dog or playing football or anything :)
when i was 15-16 i had the same problem like but I realized whats life for n stuff its all about education and so on!
I see that your 18 and i dont think that you are a kid or something so keep your eyes upon to the wonderfull world :)
