hehe ^^ well dirty places exist everywhere :p Even here we've got (a lot) of dirty places, but also good places do exist (Tunisia is known for its tourism, especially).
Well about me, let's say that I just believe in God. I think it's the same as you there (parents being... "muslim").
People are trying to... well I won't say adapt, the better word would be "imitate", because.. well it's difficult to explain it, but suppose you live here, you'd have noticed it. Sometimes people are too dumb and they just copy what they see on the TV and... you know, they sometimes look really dumb because of that.

This is a great country for tourism, but not really if you want to live in it... people are just.... too retarded..^^

hehe no don't worry I don't take it as an offense.
Anyway, to make things clear, Tunisia is only "officially" a Muslim country, but in reality it's from being really Muslim. People fuck, use drugs, drink alcohol, watch porn and do a lot of other stuff here, and only a minority are "real" Muslims. In fact, the government here is against Islam, if they see someone with a beard etc... well, he can have a lot of serious problems. Although they try to hide it, a lot of "incidents" happen and... you know, people are aware of that.
So about listening to Metal here, there are no real problems (although the government is also against that, some months ago they cancelled a Metal concert featuring some of the best tunisian bands, and the concert promised to be a really great one -the place was probably the best for such a thing-, but for some bitch like Mariah Carey they have no problems accepting her :S). But still, people look at Metalheads as "dirty satan worshippers", they often associate Metal with satan, filth and other disgusting stuff, and that's really annoying, especially seeing people who listen to rap for example are considered "normal" persons :/
About porn... well everyone watches porn here lol :D as I already said, Tunisia is far from being a Muslim country, it's only Muslim "on papers" but not in reality.
Discotheques and such things exist here(and they're a lot too). In fact you might be surprised if you come here, seeing how people are imitating/trying to imitate europeans/americans. Don't imagine Tunisia to be a country like... Afghanistan for example ^^

I'm already familiar with Battlelore, Korpiklaani, Turisas, Primordial, Arkona, Falkenbach and Eluveitie. I have the Asmegin album but I didn't check it yet, I'll do it now :p
The others... well most of them only heard abotu them, didn't try them yet so I'll see what I can ^^
