Hardest ladders on bnet according to regions(out of my own experience):

Five games played in each region.

I repeated it thirty times with thirty diff accts(Which means
5played in each region with diff acct each timex2). To Avoided bnet factor which pairs up losers with losers and winners with winners so I had to make up a new acct every single time.

Played on moderate level:(which I think is equivalent to about 55% solo win percentage on Azeroth).
