more archers means more xp for the Blademaster. Just think about it, in the end the "blade + 4 grunts" beat the Dh because moonwells run dry. Now imagine 245 hp units sucking up the moon juice even faster than the Dh until the wells run dry and you're once again left with just the Dh. Lots of wasted ressources.
The counter is Aow creep to level 2 and/or item stacking. The problem is that on most maps you can't aow creep to level 2 immediately while others just have one shop nearby where the Blade can sell his tp and buy the circlets a lot earlier thanks to WW.

rofl. Grubby was clobbering 1 archer for half an hour because of moonwells. A few more archers are enough to strike the blademaster back. But 1 archer + 1 Hero < Blademaster(grunts).

yeah he's completely ignorant. I mean, what a selfown, he describes exactly the fail scenario for elf that I've been giving, archers sucking up all the moon juice.
