Malzahar, Anivia, Kassadin would be my top 3.

I am always a fan of Annie though.

Anivia definitely. The egg never gets taken down on US servers. I would also say Ryze if played right.

I love Veigar, when you have champions with too high AP, you can kill them very easy with your ultimate, or Vlad too.

Veigar had an amazing burst, if you're good with timing then yes he is one of the best mages.

it depends from player, not from champion. Ocelote can be best mage with fkn teemo. :D

He actually cant, cuz' teemo mage damage only done by shrooms. But in my opinion best mage, is orianna or anivia.

Well.. If you build AP, shrooms does 2x damage then e,q otherwise I've never played that noobchamp(teemo) so i don't really know. :D

Orianna has the bigest ap damage right now. So in good player hands she's over powered for sure :)

Dude im lvl 30 corse. Sevey. Dude, Dude, Orianna is the best mage. Believe. His range and her ball is just stupid, and if you play real good with her, just OP champ. For me orianna is the best ap until now.

Cassio for sure, but also orianna! but i like cassio the most , since she provides the most for the team.

Well you need really much skill and about 200-300+ games with cassio before you can master her, she's really hard to play, you must hit all the poisons etc.

Very much of the Ap Champs are very good even Veigar because he can stack very much Ap with his q, but there are even Champs like Ziggs who have nice burst-dmg.

Karthus is even a good Mage even if very much people think hes op because of his ultimate (you can dodge hit veeeeery easy)

Anivia has very nice dmg output but hard to play because of the Freezing things

Annie is veeeeery strong in early AND late game if youre able to play her

If you play Heimerdinger hes very strong if you play him most offensive so use shoes staffs of the mage and the rabadon

You can dodge it very easy?
You cant dodge it with all champs. If you're low hp and karthus is casting an ultimate, you can:
Use morganas blackshield.
Zhonyas.
Use summoners spell Heal.
If champion has a dodge ability like fizz's E or vlads W.
