CS:Spurce with vista, HL2.EXE error
(Sorry for the bad english all XD)

I have the solution to resolve this problem =)
For starts, go to Configuration panel > System > Parametrize system advanced. Select "parameters" in "Performances". Go to the tab "Prevention of the execution of the data" and check "Activated the prevention of execution of the data for everything the programs and the services, except those whom I select" and add your "HL2.EXE" here.
2/
Go to your games menu and right click on "Counter-Strike:Source". Choose "Properties". A box is open, click on "Set launch option" and add that : -dxlevel 90 -autoconfig -w 800 -console
Now you can play =D
but you must adjust your birghtness at every launch =S
Don't worry if you have sometimes the "HL2.EXE" error =)You can play now =D
