Zeitgeist the movie
I found this movie a week ago, a pretty good documentry imo.
The documentry is about 3 topics; religion, 9/11 and The Federal Reserve.
Just gonna add something from their statement before anyone watches the movie.
"That being said, It is my hope that people will not take what is said
in the film as the truth, but find out for themselves, for truth is not told, it is realized."

I have heard about it many times, but thought it would be about some german guys hiding before the "Big Brother"!
SO I was very surprised and impressed, especially by the part about religion.
However, sometime they push it too far. For example religion brought a lot of bad things, but good things too, and it's unfair not to mention it..
Whether all these "facts" are true or not doesn't really matter. It makes you THINK and I believe that is important. More of these kinds of movies.

They didn't really say that it brought a lot of bad stuff, just that most religions copies from other lores and religions. That almost every one of them has something similar in what they worship.
Yes, in the first part. Somewhere near the end of the religion part they mention the crusades, torturing and killing in the name of god etc., but none of the good things.
As said earlier, the movie about it was to make poeple think and look on the world in a more critical view. By giving them all the positive shit that they do, they wont be achieving that goal. They dont mention anything about the positive works that the U.S do did they? :)
I believe that was the whole purpose of the movie, to make poeple think. :> Well, they stated that themselves anyway.
