So basically I need help retune my guitar. I had a schecter omen-6 that got stolen and now i'm back to using an old stagg (thats actually awful). It was sounding terrible so I bought some new frets and as I was tuning away (I use a tuner, yes) I noticed that it only tunes the standard E,A,D,G,B,e and what I need to tune my guitar to is Drop C or Drop C# and I've got no way of doing this.

Does anyone know any websites, or a tuner I could possibly buy? any help at all would be amazing.

There are loads of free tuners you can use with your computer and a mic, I use one called In-Tune Multi-Instrument Tuner v1.97 (google it) it has quite a few tuning options and it's simple to use.

u need to calibrate the bridge, the strings Height and the Screw, but make sure that u are using the correct string caliber
