I've used both and I'm selling a 3.0 for 25 bucks if anyone from the US is interested.

I must say I prefer the IMO 1.1 because I have smaller hands so it fits me better. Seems like the 3.0 is more comfortable for people with bigger hands. They both are great mice, though.
