how to know other people's ratesAJPEN

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to know (cause I forgot =() how I could know the rates other people are using? I know it's first "listplayers" and then.. I don't know :D, you tell me!

maybe with some amx plugins, but i've nothing heard about it :(

I'm pretty sure you can, I already did it in the past and there wasn't any amx plugins, I just can't remember the command :(
