Imo it's kinda wierd that it hits the head, coz 1st the ammo isn't going even near the model/head
2nd why it's the head... why not body why not for example any wall or something... and these avis ain't the only ones... this disturbs me coz it seams like it is a cs:s makers own coding thing that it goes so xD who knows...
