sensevity troubles

I have some troubles with sensevity on vista , when i move mouse right up cursor moves left down.

sounds to me like you've got reverse Mouse option ticked, untick it

Two things might happened :
1-Your mouse have some problems with your mousepad.
2-You've done something which inverted your mouse moves in Windows.

Try to find out which one is your problem ;)
