Video settings

Sory for this lame post but i need some help :D
I have LCD monitor,GeForce 7100GS card;what must be my video settings?
Should I turn off antialiasing and anisotrophic?What should I choose for textrures filtering - quality,high quality,performance or high performance? O_O

turn off the antialiasing and anisotrophic and make textures filtering on perfomance,turn off Vsync too

Antialising Off for bad quality, Anisotropic Off for bad quality. If bad quality then better fps and its more fun to play. If your texture filtering is quality, then your cs looks the best. If it is high performance then you have the best fps.
