It depends on the situation. In combats aim is verry important. On the other hand you need good tactics to defeat your opponents. So a good mix of aim and brain should be the best.

You need both, if you have a lot of aim you can aim out your enemy, if you're a brain or a smart player, you can outsmart your enemy and win the round for your team. So, both =)
