It wont destroy ure computer :). Its a command which makes windows reserv an amount of memory for the game ure playing (if im not totally wrong). The huge number is because its written in bits or bites cba to count it.

If you have 2Gb of Ram you should put this in launch options -heapsize 1GB of RAM (half).
