I don't know about "best" in terms of skill, but I do know one thing:
If I had to pick a team to watch, no matter of they won or lost, I'd pick Arsenal. The style of football they play is so pretty and attractive that it doesn't matter if it's a 0-0 or a 7-0. It's still more entertaining than a lot of other teams. The only other team that I've seen that plays the same sort of passing football is Barcelona.
On the other end, if I had to pick one team to never watch again, I'd definitely pick Liverpool. I have never seen a "top" club play an uglier brand of football in my life. They seem to be the "anti-Arsenal". It doesn't matter if it's 0-0 or 7-0, a Liverpool game usually bores me to tears.

Most international titles won,18 to be exact, and Man Utd. Has only won 9 international titles.. With that, Milan is still world champion, still has the European Supercup and was best of Europe last year by winning the Champions League.. Yet I see some people giving the Milan supporters here thumbs-down..
Those people should get thumbs-down themselves for their lack of football-knowledge..
