You set mwheelup/down for duck So you duck with mwheelup/down and (till you are in the air) you press ctrl for second duck That makes "double duck" as you saw in that video...

praticing with pressing ctrl twice repeatly at right time, you can do that easily

it doesnt take too much time to pratice :D

yeah but you can't duckjump as fast with just ctrl as you can with binding mwheel, it's just kinda lame, cuz it requires no skill at all.
