Put your dem file into your cstrike folder, goto cs, write viewdemo "name_of_your_demo"

ok thanks a lot prey and i have to watch the movie while in the game or wat ?? actually m new to cs...and in console i have to type the above command ???

Yep exactly what prey said. You can also playdemo but viewdemo is better as you get viewing options ect for making a film ect. :D

ok thanks buddy and if i d/w the match(the file) then i would be able to view the full match frm every angle ??

only if it is a HLTV demo (recorded from spectator proxy)
you won't be able to change view if it's a POV (recorded from player's client)

viewdemo only allows you to stop/pause/slowdown/fastforward/rewind/etc
play demo just plays the demo without any options.

viewdemo *** with *** is the name of the demo ( for example , spawnvsfnatic.dem )
