Depends if you prefer plastic pads or cloth. My recommendations for both are:

Plastic: SteelSeries S&S/SP
Cloth: SteelSeries QcK Heavy/Everglide Titan

Again there is no best pad it's all personal preferance. I would reccomend either the:

My choice was qck plus i use it with my 3.0 half a year, and i'm a happy guy =))
But 3.0 sux, i think it's time to choose between razer deathadder and mx518 ...
