help me please

I have SteelSound 5hV2 and i have problem... suddenly today i can hear only in the right side of the headphone please... help me :(

reinstall audio drivers and look at the top of headset, make sure top band is connected to both ear phones.

Nope it shouldn't have anything to do with drivers.
1) Try re-insterting the jack in again and again
2) try another audio jack point. i have 2 on my computer
3) You might of acctually broken the headphones, I myself use 5hv2 and they easily break
