Guys i need your help)
I don't know what to do with this lag or bug i dunno.
Lag: Steam cs > Radeon 9600 > Connecting to server > choke 40 loss 40 > noway to chose sides or see some info about server (as you know there is a little lagtime as you connected to server before you see window with info about server) whatever, here is a screens:

i reinstalled steam,cs,windows,video drivers(Omega Radeon) xD and this bug is still there! where it was((( i don't know what to do(

It does not have nothing to do with your graphic card or comp. Your connection is bad.

it really doesnt matter how many mbits/sec your internet conection is. how many servers have you tried to connect?And to ask you try to connect to servers from your country not foreign right?

Try to backup game files for cs :)

How about creating your own game server? does this problem still happen?

Try to download non steam counter strike and check if this lag is there to.

i think it was MY HARD DRIVE :) i just changed my hard and its gone:)
