gree: con_color "0 255 0"
blue: con_color "0 0 255"

Well, I was wondering the same thing and I got an answer from a very nice guy. He told me this:

i've managed to use color chat after some time trying and testing what's on this site : http://phishcave.com/tutorials/4/
download notepad2 file from here: http://www.flos-freeware.ch/bin/Notepad2.exe
also download the text version from here:
http://phishcave.com/downloads/code.txt
run notepad2.exe and open your config from steamapps/account name/ etc..
then run notepad2.exe again and open code.txt (2 windows of notepad2, one with your config and one with the code.txt)
then copy/paste a bind from the code.txt to your config.
save your config without changing the bind, just remember the key that is binded.
join cs and test it. note that if you binded with say only,(not say_team) color text will appear only when you are dead.
say_team bind appear both cases, dead or alive.
if it works then go back to your config and change the letters of the bind and form your word,sentences etc. be careful not to delete the squares before every letter and the % sign because it will affect it and wont produce the result that you want."
It doesn't work properly for me, but maybe I did something wrong? try this and tell me if it works or not.

well, in some servers you can use it, type:
@g text here (for green)
@r text here (for red)
@b text here (for blue)
and some other colours. I dont know much about this, but it works in some AMX servers (you might need to be admin).

use alias and change the con_color "xxx xxx xxx" with xxx is number !!!

he is not askin about con color, u can use colors in say (if u're dead as i remember), and teamsay, so others can see the different colors too.

the color used format is in HAX.. search a table in internet of all colors
