Well before 1-2 days i buyed some new stuff 4 my comp,motherboard,grafic card,ram memory etc..
I tought yea everything will be cool in cs,and its all allright but i have problem with fps,i cant have more than 60 fps..Well i puted rates okay cl_cmdrate 101,cl_updaterate 101,rate 25000,fps max 101,but i cant have more than 60 here is pic:

My comp: Intel core 2 duo cpu e4600@2.40 ghz,2.40 ghz,1.00gb of ram.
Btw my friend told me to turn off vsync but on this new grafic card i cant find tryed on properties>settings>advanced tryed to found there but i cant find,btw i have monitor Samsung SyncMaster 794mb and his biggest screen refresh rate is 75HERTz..Well if anyone can help pls help :D

Exactly, you can obtain more then 100 fps whit the next command: "developer 0" you can't pass the 100 fps, or "developer 1" you can pass the 100 fps (for example if you surf these is useful).

btw grafic card is nvidia 8600 gts,and there is nvida control panel and i cant find vsync,tryed all kind of shit in advanced but i cant find it.THis is all what i get in nvida control panel:

well i found it nvida forum hellped it was on Manige 3d settings scroll down u there it is ,well hf guys tnx for help :D

Hi I have a same problem please help me .
I have a computer whit stuffs : 1200mhz,756mb ram and graphic card : nvidia geforce 4. (I have new computer but parents take it away from me because I was drunked ;D )
Whit some changes in config I made fps constant 70 but I want to have it on 80 because I want to shoot whit awp normal.

V-sync OFF should help you out:P
